Health and Safety

The Board hears:

• complaints by employees that an employer has taken action against them because they exercised a right respecting health and safety;  
• appeals by employees or unions of decisions by the Labour Program of Employment and Social Development Canada that no danger exists following a work refusal by an employee; and
• appeals of directions to improve health and safety measures in the workplace issued to the employer by the Labour Program of Employment and Social Development Canada.
