New Rule of Procedure No. 12 – Page Limits and Formatting Requirements

Effective January 1, 2027, the CIRB is introducing new page limits and formatting requirements for written submissions.

These requirements are intended to promote fair, efficient, and timely proceedings by encouraging clear, concise, and relevant submissions.
