Review of CIRB Regulations
The Canada Industrial Relations Board (the CIRB) developed proposals to modify the Canada Industrial Relations Board Regulations, 2012 (the Regulations) in order to implement the Employee’s Voting Rights Act which comes into force in mid-June 2015. Following a period of consultations, the CIRB has prepared a consultation chart with proposed amendments to the Regulations as well as a brief summary of the many comments received.
The CIRB is currently reviewing and assessing the comments received. The CIRB wishes to thank all those who provided input into this process.
