Payment is lesser of amount of life insurance payment excluded and $400K, minus life insurance benefits payable. Life insurance includes individual policy through insurance provider and membership in a group insurance plan; accidental death or double indemnity not included. |

Exclusions include when rental vehicle involved, or in war situation. Car rental must have been charged to individual designated travel cards, DTA, or RCTC. In addition to any other insurance coverage. Death the direct result of unscheduled flight taken in course of duty. Acceptance of these benefits prohibits other forms of compensation. |

Long-term Disability |

Definition of "disabled" changes after 24 months of disability. Other disability income may offset LTD benefits. |
